Web Site Orders
All new orders will packed within 48 Hours of the order being placed via www.mydibellacoffee.com. My Di Bella Coffee will notify the customer of any delays that may arise if any items are out of stock.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full via our online payment systems, PayPal or NAB Payment Gateway prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for a order via the www.mydibellacoffee.com website, please contact the head office on 1800 332 163 or email orders@mydibellacoffee.com promptly.
Delivery
To ensure a prompt delivery, My Di Bella Coffee use Australian courier companies for the nationwide deliveries. My Di Bella Coffee will endeavor to meet a 48 hour dispatch time for all orders. My Di Bella Coffee will NOT be held responsible for a late delivery of any order unless it is of an action by My Di Bella Coffee. All orders are ex Di Bella Coffees Head Office locates in Bowen Hill QLD.

My Di Bella reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt. My Di Bella reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, may be refused.

www.mydibellacoffee.com offers free shipping for orders over $50! If your order is under $50 a $7.50 freight charge applies.
