Web Site Orders


All new orders will packed within 48 Hours of the order being placed via www.mydibellacoffee.com <http://www.mydibellacoffee.com> to ensure the fresh taste of the coffee is provided to the customer. Di Bella Coffee will also notify the customer of any delays that may arise from the supply of the product and will ensure the prompted delivery of the product once the delay has been rectified.




Payment

All orders must be paid for in full via the online payment system (PayPal) prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for a order via the mydibellacoffee.com website, please contact the head office on 07 3252 585 or email orders@mydibellacoffee.com promptly.




Delivery

To ensure a prompt delivery, Di Bella Coffee use Australian courier companies for the nationwide deliveries. Di Bella willendeavor to meet a 48 delivery time for all orders. Di Bella Coffee will be held responsible for a late delivery of any order unless it is of an action by the DI Bella Dispatch in Brisbane. All orders are ex Bowen Hill QLD.




Refund Policy

Di Bella reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt. Di Bella reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, may be refused.
